Christmas is synonymous to rebirth, renewal and joy.
We forget the past and try make a new,
Great tidings and goodwill shared.
Hopes renewed from lost dreams
And friends forgotten as enemies
While enemies stale newbies
A blink of fresh air
Received with hope for brighter things
Sacrificed on promises old
Lifting ones so new
Yes! I welcome the blues
With red, white and green
Spirits and wines
Grace my tables and dines
With hope for a prosperous year
One I know I alone can bear.
