The heart lies when u let it
The eyes see what u want it
The brain decipher what u want it to
The truth though stares us in the face
Sucking deep into us
Draining our blood
Cutting the oxygen
Choking us to death
At every instance
We feel the throb
The want to be true
But the lies smiles,
Giving us a temporary breath
Of sweetness we can imagine
Yet! We know it would end
Cos the truth like the sun
Would come out to play
Burning our very skin
Sinking us deep into the abyss
The truth hurts yes!
But it’s safer than 3minutes of a lie.
